Kenneth MacKenzie is a partner at the firm, specializing in Commercial Real Estate, with a focus on Hospitality & Recreation. He represents lenders, developers, tenants, management companies, and pension and opportunity funds in all aspects of real estate transactional matters. Before joining Dalton & Finegold, he spent 25 years as a member of two of Boston’s largest law firms, most recently as a partner and co-leader of the Goulston & Storrs Hospitality and Recreation Group. Mr. MacKenzie is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, part of the Hospitality Industry Advisory Board for New England Real Estate Journal, has been a guest lecturer at the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, the community action agency for the Merrimack Valley. He has been named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” and has been awarded the “AV” rating by Martindale. Mr. MacKenzie is an alumnus of Phillips Andover Academy and Dartmouth College. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he was a Note and Case Editor for the Boston University Law Review and a recipient of the William L. and Lillian Berger Prize for academic excellence. Mr. MacKenzie is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
