I’ve been working with Barry and his team for a couple of years and continue to be very impressed. Dalton & Finegold works well within our clients’ demands for the facilitation of quick, attentive, and yet cost-efficient transactions, while importantly balancing banks’ needs for high-quality counsel and documentation. This balance is enormously difficult to achieve and is inhigh demand by myself and my peers. Working through a deal with Dalton & Finegold is simple. Presenting the bill to our clients is stress-free. Thank you!

I continue to be very impressed with the calm approach that Attorney Bill Dalton brings to the real estate transaction. He is highly responsive and provides sound advice to clients with the utmost professionalism. I look forward to working many more years with Bill.
