Betsy Kwon is the Director of People at Dalton & Finegold LLP, where she focuses on strategic, people-centered leadership. Prior to joining Dalton & Finegold, Betsy spent 20 years in leadership roles in mid-sized Boston to national AmLaw 100 firms. Betsy received her MBA from Suffolk University in the Executive MBA Program, and her BA from University of Massachusetts Lowell in Psychology. Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing and chasing her German Shepherd.
