Eric T. Shediac is Of Counsel at the firm, specializing in commercial real estate law, general corporate law and creditors’ rights law. Eric represents institutional lenders of all sizes ranging from community banks to large regional and national banks documenting a wide range of credit facilities including, asset-based loans, letters of credit, equipment loans, commercial and industrial based loans, SBA 7(a) loans, real estate acquisition loans including SBA 504 loans and traditional permanent mortgage financing, as well as construction loans. He also advises his lending clients through the loan restructuring and workout process. Eric’s real estate practice includes representing developers and investors in the acquisition, development, lease and sale of commercial and residential real estate. On corporate matters, Eric advises his clients with their business law needs including the preparation of various formation documents, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and both asset and stock purchase and sale agreements. Mr. Shediac is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma and the University of Massachusetts School of Law (formerly Southern New England School of Law). Mr. Shediac is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
