Attorney James H. Cohen is a Partner at the firm, specializing in commercial real estate law. His practice primarily includes representing lenders in commercial financing transactions, and commercial tenants for office, retail and life sciences leases. Jim was a founding partner at the firm of Looney Cohen & Aisenberg LLP, located in Boston, and practiced there from 1995 until joining Dalton & Finegold.
