Attorney Caitlin Izzo is an associate specializing in Residential Real Estate. She focuses her practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in all aspects of residential real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin worked at a large firm in Worcester, Massachusetts specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate matters, where she focused her practice on commercial finance, leasing, and the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets. Caitlin has experience working closely with Land Court, various state agencies, engineers, and other professionals for a wide variety of legal matters, including working closely with attorneys filing S-Petitions in Land Court, obtaining town permits for new developments and zoning matters, and conservation restrictions.
Caitlin completed her undergraduate work at the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut and received her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Caitlin grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and now resides in central Massachusetts with her husband and their two cats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, sewing, word searches, and traveling with her family.
