Further, Ashley’s experience with long term care planning allows her to provide strategic counsel for the elderly community, and their families, preparing for a loved one’s upcoming MassHealth/Medicaid long term care application. She counsels families on available spenddown strategies, sets up Irrevocable Trusts for protection purposes, as well as locates any planning deficiencies so she can recommend improvements. Ashley’s practice also centers on counseling clients through the loss of a loved one. She has handled probate actions, navigated resolutions for family disputes, acted as Trustee for clients, represented Trustee’s to counsel and guide the administration process, as well as prepared and filed state and federal estate tax returns.

In her leisure time, Susan enjoys spending time with family, beach walks, entertaining and travel with her husband Tom, their 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. She and Tom especially enjoy attending grandchildren’s sporting events as their number 1 fans.
