Christopher R. Vaccaro concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and banking, representing developers and financial institutions in sophisticated commercial transactions. His practice includes real estate development, condominiums, leasing, zoning, permitting, litigation, and loan restructuring. Chris was admitted to the Texas bar in 1984, the Massachusetts bar in 1988, and the United States District Court for Massachusetts in 2001. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Chris is the author of the monthly “Law of the Land” column in Banker & Tradesman, and has published articles in other periodicals, including Boston Business Journal, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and the New England Real Estate Journal. Chris is a member of the Board of Directors of Bridgewell, a leading human services nonprofit in northeastern Massachusetts. He is a former Chairman of the Reading Board of Appeals and has also served as an assistant coach with Reading Youth Hockey and Reading United Soccer.
