Attorney Eric C. Nadeau is a Partner specializing in real estate litigation. His practice primarily focuses on representing large institutional landlords and management companies, developers, boutique hotel operators, and various business owners in matters ranging from residential and commercial evictions, fair housing and discrimination defense, licensure defense, civil litigation matters, and commercial transactions. Attorney Nadeau routinely appears before Housing Court divisions throughout the Commonwealth as well as District and Superior Courts. Attorney Nadeau also represents clients before the American Arbitration Association, Mediation agencies, and the Division of Licensure for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in addition to the Boston Fair Housing Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and Cambridge Human Rights Commission. Attorney Nadeau earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston. While attending New England Law | Boston, Attorney Nadeau worked full time as a law clerk in Boston and was a member of the “New England Law Review Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.” Attorney Nadeau is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
