Attorney Melissa Curtis was born and raised in North Andover, MA. Melissa specializes in real estate conveyancing, she has an enhanced knowledge of Purchase and Sale review and preparation and extensive experience in representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Melissa graduated from Mount Washington College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and earned her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law. Melissa was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2013.  Upon graduating from law school, Melissa also pursued a career in law enforcement. She became a reserve police officer for the City of Methuen, which she served for six years.

Melissa’s goal is to provide her clients with excellent legal representation and is dedicated to providing quality customer service. She takes pride in being highly accessible and encourages her clients to reach out to her directly with any questions.  Melissa understands that owning your own home is one of the greatest assets someone will have. For that reason, she works hand in hand with her clients to make sure they understand the entire process from beginning to end.

In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with friends and family.  Melissa and her three children are seasonal campers, loving the lake life!
