Attorney P. Michael Margolis is a Partner at the firm concentrating in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Finance and Business Law. His practice focuses on commercial real estate leasing, sales/leaseback transactions, development, sales, acquisitions and financing, commercial lending and general business transactions. His clients include one of the nation’s top furniture retailers for which he has served over the past 25 years as its counsel on numerous business manners and lead real estate counsel for its entire real estate portfolio consisting of its coast to coast “Big Box” retail stores, regional distribution centers and corporate headquarters. Mr. Margolis holds a law degree from The George Washington University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut, The United States District Court of Connecticut and The United States Tax Court. Mr. Margolis is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
